Permanently delete your CalMate account and associated personal data.
Option A — In the app
- Open CalMate and go to
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. - Confirm deletion when prompted.

with subject Delete my CalMate account and the Google email linked to your account.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, preferences, goals)
- Meal logs, weight history, streaks, and chat history
- Uploaded meal photos stored with your account
What may be kept
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons
- Backup copies for a limited time (usually up to 30 days on active systems)
Timeline
In-app deletion removes data from our active systems within about 30 days. Email requests are processed within 7 business days after we verify your account.
Cancel any active Google Play subscription before deleting your account. Deleting the account does not automatically refund past charges — manage billing in Google Play.
